Quick video after labbing it out since the recent Beta exploit.
FYI s.HK (on block) is -3 at least? So, it’s an unsafe meaty. heh.
Can replace it with b.HP xx Fireball or something instead.
Enjoy!

#WHENSMARVEL ???
Capcom has answered, and answered well!
Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite and the re-release of Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3
(on current gen systems) – both revealed during Capcom Cup @ Playstation Experience over the weekend.
Commemorating the recent news, I thought I’d share a little something from the archives.
Enjoy!

“Back to our regularly scheduled programmin’.”
Something I’ve been sitting on for a while.
Might be common knowledge.
Can’t recall what tournament it was but I saw the No Recovery setup performed by Nuki.
Stomp xx LK Legs timing is a bit tight, but you can combo into her BnB from counter hit.
Enjoy!

Something that doesn’t require Aegis.
The closer you are to the corner, the more strict the fireball timing is –
hence the Stun ver. being easier to execute.
Enjoy!

Urien is legally playable!
I haven’t had much interest in using Juri prior to v1.09…
BUT – I’ll try my best to share some Urien stuff in the next week!
Unfortunately the tech showcased above isn’t viable since Capcom changed
the speed of Urien’s Knee Drop…
…but, it wasn’t just a single nerf he received. Buffs too!
Stay tuned!

OzHadou Nationals.
Australia’s longest running national fighting game tournament.
Somewhat of a last minute decision, I made the effort to attend and compete at OHN,
this past weekend.
Sako’s Ibuki is the recent buzz in SFV competitive play.
Having watched a few of his matches, I thought I’d share a little something.
This was produced to help better my understanding of the options available,
if I were on the receiving end.
Enjoy!
Capcom keeping things interesting with the most recent SFV 1.04 update.
As expected of myself, here’s the result of some lab time with newcomer, Balrog.
Keep in mind that throws reduce the number of wakeup options to both
Normal and No Recovery.
All meatys showcased, lose to invincible reversals, but what doesn’t?
Enjoy.
Guile tech – fresh from Update 1.03!
Showcasing a cool meaty setup as well as Guile V-Trigger combo hotness.
As far as I know, it’s +1 on block, so it’s relatively safe on block – just watch out for DPs!
Enjoy.
