After choosing to defeat “Shin Akuma” on Easy Difficulty, I wasn’t fond of putting myself through an Akuma any harder…
That was until I came across the “Master of the Iron Fist” title.
Such a small [shiny] reward, but I’m a completionist at heart, so…
With PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS as the new “hotness”, I decided to give it a go with some friends.
A few sessions in, I decided it’d be a good idea to stream the
Plenty of questionable decisions have led to plenty of unfortunate events…
Lots to learn before claiming the top spot, but it’s plenty fun!
I’ll continue to stream PUBG along with Tekken 7 over the next week or so.
Tune in sometime!
You would think, being competitive, I’d have been to tournaments outside of Sydney, bar the one time I went to Canberra…
Well… There’s a first time for everything and spending a few days in Melbourne for a CPT Premier Event (along with some extra-curricular activities) sounded good to me.
It’s a Premier Event weekend in the world of competitive Street Fighter V.
BATTLE ARENA MELBOURNE 9!
One of Australia’s largest fighting game tournaments, held in the Melbourne Convention Centre, is where we will be this coming weekend.
If you’ve been following our social media, you might have noticed the occasional Twitch stream over the past few weeks. (Peep the highlight above!)
I’ve been prepping myself in the lead up to BAM9, with hopes of not going 0-2…
I’m both excited and nervous, being my first time interstate despite competing for close to 8 years now. Am I really competing if I haven’t been interstate? hah.
For more BAM9 info, click here!
Early access to Tekken 7 isn’t exactly new (s/o OzHadou’s York Street Battles), but Katsuhiro Harada and Michael Murray gracing us with their presence? No brainer.
As you might have guessed from the snaps, plenty of Tekken 7 stations, pizza, drinks and people packed within the Australian Bandai Namco HQ.
I’m not a big fan of Tekken’s slow release strategy, but as I had experienced @ Bamco HQ and many times before, I know the game will be incredibly solid come release.
I can’t wait for Tekken 7’s eventual release!
Free time is scarce, and I’ve chosen to spend most of it playing For Honor with my friends. Hah.
I’ve been playing as Kensei almost exclusively.
I feel he covers the areas that Nobushi struggles with, and Unblockable Top Heavy from “wall splat” is too good!
So, what you see here are whatever moments I’ve saved since For Honor’s release.
Oh, and excuse my voice…
I didn’t really have any reason to move to the Pro.
That was until I started getting my PS4 discs ejected.
I really didn’t want to wait 2+ hrs to play For Honor @ EB Games Expo 2016.
Now, if I had known that it’d be up my alley, I might have!
The combat system plays great, similar to traditional fighting games in my opinion.
I’m really liking Nobushi’s moveset too.
With more time, I imagine the player level / skill rising exponentially.
Looking forward to For Honor’s release this week!
